You may browse the YiLaie official website (yilaieshop.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) without account registration. To unlock checkout, order tracking, member discount and exclusive after-sales services, you shall complete account registration on our official webpage and submit required personal information. You can suspend or permanently delete your YiLaie account following our on-site guidance, and we will reserve or remove your account data strictly in accordance with this Terms of Service Agreement.

3) You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account username, login password and registered private data. All orders, message posts and service operations under your account are deemed your personal conduct. YiLaie reserves exclusive right to conduct legal defense and claim indemnification from violating parties.
Without prior written approval from YiLaie management, you cannot reach private settlement with external claimants in joint litigation filed together with our brand. YiLaie will send reasonable notice to relevant users when legal proceeding happens.
Under no circumstances shall YiLaie compensate for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages arising from product purchase or website service use, including lost profit, delayed construction cost of outdoor lamp installation and indirect project loss. All risks of equipment failure caused by user’s own mobile device, network environment or incorrect lamp installation shall be borne entirely by purchasers.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
All disputes, claims or controversies arising out of or related to this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hong Kong SAR.
