Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs clearance for international orders.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. Current rates:
Domestic (China): $4.95 - $7.50 USD
International: $9.99 - $19.99 USD
Free shipping promotions may be available from time to time.
Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide from our warehouses located in China and the United States. Your order will be shipped from the warehouse closest to your delivery address to ensure faster delivery.
We currently ship to most countries including:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's tracking system.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at support@szelover.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
