30-Day Easy Returns
- We offer a 30-day return window, which means you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.
- For customers within the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with the EU cooling-off period regulation.Items must not be used beyond necessary inspection.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- Returned in the same condition as received: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All original accessories, user manuals, parts, and included gifts must be returned intact
- A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided
🚨Refurbished products are not eligible for non-quality-related returns or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
- Custom or personalized products (private orders)
- Products damaged by misuse, improper operation, water exposure, extreme temperatures, or accidental drops
Damaged / Incorrect / Defective Items
To protect both you and our store, shipping damage, incorrect items, or visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos clearly showing the issue
🚨Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility for a refund or replacement.
Warranty Policy
All our lighting products come with a 12-month warranty, valid from the date of delivery.
A product is considered defective if it fails to operate properly due to manufacturing or material defects under normal use.
1. Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
- Replacement or refund for verified quality issues
2. Warranty Does NOT Cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or external factors
- Products repaired or modified by unauthorized third parties
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products outside the original country of purchase
- Products beyond the 12-month warranty period
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our customer service at support@szelover.com
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed return instructions
- Send your package back to the address we provide
🚨Response Time: 1–3 business days. Items sent back without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
Return Shipping & Liability
- For quality-related returns: we cover return shipping costs
- For non-quality returns: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
Liability rules:
- If you use our prepaid return label, we are responsible for any damage or loss in transit
- For self-arranged shipping (non-quality returns), the buyer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage
🚨 Packages refused by the customer will be treated as non-quality returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return the unwanted item first. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
- If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at support@szelover.com
🚨If gifts are missing, damaged, or lost during return due to buyer’s fault, we may deduct the gift’s value from the refund.
